After you've added a valid ID, such as a credit/debit card or driver's license, to your Flash Seats® account, you're all set to use it to enter the next event for which you have tickets. Here's how it works:
If you know your guests will not arrive at the venue when you do, it's best to transfer the seats to your guests prior to the event. This way your guests will be able to enter whenever they arrive using their own registered ID.
If you have any issues using your ID to get into the event or if you forget your ID, go to the Flash Seats Resolution Window at the Box Office where a customer service representative can help you. You'll be asked to verify your identity by answering a few security questions.
